We've been running the author feedback program, a continual assessment of writers' experiences with us.
How does it function?
Corresponding authors of recently published articles are requested to answer questions on their publishing experience, revealing what writers think about the journal and the help they receive. All constructive comment, positive or negative, is greatly appreciated. We take it all very seriously, and we review the feedback on a regular basis, actively using it to help us continuously enhance the publishing experience for our authors.
